I'm Katie.
I’m a 23 year old dreamer, and recently finished up a year of traveling the country promoting my sorority and inspiring the lives of college Zetas. I’ve developed a passion for travel, found that flying once a week can actually be quite peaceful, and learned that there are really good people out there. I live for my family, friends, and my cat, Chloe (pictured above); I wouldn’t survive without music, and more often than not wish that I grew up in the 60s & 70s. People say I’m a very nostalgic person, and I’d have to agree. I love memories and the way things used to be. I love Pittsburgh, but miss college. If I could pick any career in the world, I’d be Penny Lane from Almost Famous, and if that doesn’t work out I guess I’ll settle for being a campaign manager or music promoter. But hey, a girl can dream, right?
It's All Happening is a collection of personal thoughts, interests and things that I just find beautiful. It's simple and true. I began this blog while I was traveling as a Leadership Consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha. In 9 months I visited 17 states and 30 universities. Pretty cool, huh? Yeah, it was the best job.
